The Wali of Oran, Mr. Samir Chibani, received both the Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, Dr. Mourad Adjal, and the Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mr. Mohamed Arkab, along with several officials from the two ministries, in preparation for the 13th edition of the Africa and Mediterranean Energy and Hydrogen Exhibition and Conference "NAPEC 2025," scheduled to take place on Monday, October 6, 2025, in Oran.

The two ministers, Dr. Mourad Adjal and Mr. Mohamed Arkab, presided over the opening ceremony of this important energy event at the "Mohamed Ben Ahmed" Conference Center in Oran.

The 13th edition of the "NAPEC" exhibition and conference is being held under the theme: "Accelerating the Energy of Tomorrow and Achieving an Efficient Energy Mix through Partnerships, Investment, Innovation, and Technology," with the participation of a selection of major global companies in the energy sector.

On the sidelines of the conference, the two ministers visited the various exhibition pavilions, which showcase the latest innovations and technological solutions in the fields of conventional and renewable energy, as well as hydrogen.
