On behalf of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Dr. Mourad Adjal, Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, led a working visit to the Republic of Mozambique from October 14 to 17, 2025.
Dr. Mourad Adjal, Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, received on Monday, October 13, 2025, Mr. Djilani Kobibi BACHIR, in his capacity as Vice President of the Algerian Electrical Industries Association, along with a delegation from the same organization.
His Excellencies, Mr. Mohamed Arkab, Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, accompanied by Dr. Mourad Adjal, Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, presided over a meeting dedicated to all the staff of the Ministry of Energy and Renewable Energies.
The Wali of Oran, Mr. Samir Chibani, received both the Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, Dr. Mourad Adjal, and the Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mr. Mohamed Arkab, along with several officials from the two ministries
Dr. Mourad Adjal officially assumed his duties as Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies on September 15, 2025, following the government reshuffle carried out yesterday, Sunday, by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
