The Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, Dr. Mourad Adjal, arrived on a working visit in the company of the Minister of state, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines Mr. Mohamed Arkab, on January 20, 2026 at N’Djamena International Airport, capital of the Republic of Chad. The delegation included the Minister of Industry, Chief Executive Officer of Sonatrach Group, Chief Executive Officer of Naftal, Chief Executive Officer of Algerian Cement Industrial Group (GICA), as well as senior executives from the hydrocarbons, mines, energy and industry sectors. Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies reviews the performance level of the sector in the Wilaya of Tipaza

As part of the field visit program initiated by the Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies to monitor strategic projects within the sector, Dr Mourad Adjal, accompanied by senior officials within his ministerial department, conducted an official visit to the Wilaya of Tipaza on January 19, 2026.
